Delivery Policy
Goods will be delivered upon payment received from the customer. This may take 1-2 days for money to transfer. This does not include the delivery time (which may take 4-5 business days). Any questions please contact us via the contact form on this website. Your order will be sent via courier or Australia Post. All deliveries are guaranteed to be received (in Australia only) within 10 business days of your order. We will advise you within 3 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery via email.
Returns Policy
forwalls decals doesn't accept refunds/returns if you've changed your mind; however we will accept them if they are damaged, faulty or not what was actually ordered. Any discrepancies with your order must be notified to forwalls decals within 3 days of delivery by writing to: admin@forwallsdecals.com.

Disclaimer
forwalls decals guarantees that the products delivered will be of reasonable condition & quality. While our material is durable and of high quality, we have no control over specific site conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee against color fading, material degradation or maintained image quality. forwalls decals can be applied to most smooth surfaces: painted walls (although freshly painted wall require a 3 week waiting period), wallpaper; counter tops, windows, mirrors and tiles. They will NOT adhere to cloth, stucco, brick,concrete, cement render or similar uneven surfaces, including some wall paper and painted surfaces. The continued repositioning of decals may cause reduced adhesion.
