We offer payment processing via Credit Card and PayPal, all payments are securely made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software, to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details will be stored.

In addition to Forwalls Decals’ safeguards, your personal data is protected in Australia by the Privacy Act. This provides that the data we hold about you should only be processed lawfully and fairly. Forwalls Decals may keep your personal data on file and use it to send you information about the status of your order, special offers relating to its products, as well as information about new Forwalls Decals products. Forwalls Decals will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party without your consent other than to our delivery agents you have agreed to and to any law enforcement agencies if we are so requested in the event of a suspected breach of the Law. You may unsubscribe from the Forwalls Decals mailing list at any time.

Delivery Policy
Goods will be delivered upon payment received from the customer. This may take 1-2 days for money to transfer. This does not include the delivery time (which may take 4-5 business days). Any questions please email: admin@forwallsdecals.com. Your order will be sent via courier or Australia Post. All deliveries are guaranteed to be received (in Australia only) within 10 business days of your order. We will advise you within 3 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery via email.

Returns Policy
Forwalls Decals doesn't accept refunds/returns if you've changed your mind; however we will accept them if they are damaged, faulty or not what was actually ordered. Any discrepancies with your order must be notified to Forwalls Decals within 3 days of delivery by writing to: admin@forwallsdecals.com.

Disclaimer
Forwalls Decals guarantees that the products delivered will be of reasonable condition & quality. While our material is durable and of high quality, we have no control over specific site conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee against color fading, material degradation or maintained image quality. Forwalls decals can be applied to most smooth surfaces: painted walls (although freshly painted wall require a 3 week waiting period), wallpaper; counter tops, windows, mirrors and tiles. They will NOT adhere to cloth, stucco, brick or similar uneven surfaces, including some wall paper and painted surfaces. The continued repositioning of decals may cause reduced adhesion.

Forwalls decals hold no responsibility for the misuse of its products or any damage they may cause to inadequately prepared surfaces.
